Physical fitness
The trip is not physically challenging.
The hikes we do are all easy.
The only thing that can be a bit challenging is the temperature, as it will be around 30 - 40 degrees celsius
Vaccinations and supplements
To be able to enter Liberia it is a requirement that you have the Yellow fever vaccine.
It is highly recommended that you also have these vaccines: Hepatitis A and B - Typhoid - Tetanus - Rabies.
We also require that you bring Malaria pills whit you.
We also recommend bringing these supplements: Antihistamine - Electrolytes - Lactic acid bacteria tablets.
Your vacinations haft to be documented in the Yellow vaccination book

Can anyone join a trip to Liberia ?
People between the ages 13 - 75 are welcome to join us, as long as they dont have any serious medical difficulties.
